Romans 12 Lay it down!

Paul, in Romans 12, begs the Roman believers. He pleads with them to lay down there life as living sacrifices. In light of all the theology of Romans 1-11 that Paul laid out concerning the mercies of God. The salvation that God has provided. The justification by faith. A right standing before God solely based on God's grace. No works of righteousness could ever amount to earning the salvation that comes from God. The adoption into God's family. The fact that nothing could seperate us from His love. All of this that God has done for us and all that He has asked of us is to lay it down. Lay down our body, our mind, and our will. How truly blessed we would be if we learn to hear and apply this exhortation from the Apostle Paul. Lord, help us to do that.
